Once a month, the men of TCC gather for a simple but meaningful morning: a hearty breakfast, a 20–30 minute talk connecting faith with everyday life, and open conversation around the tables.
These mornings create space for connection, where conversations are real, friendships grow, and faith is shared and deepened along the way.
These 90 minutes are filled with food, encouragement, laughter, and the kind of conversations that help friendships form and grow. Whether you’re new to church or have been around for years, you’re welcome here. Bring a friend, bring a neighbour, or just bring yourself.
This month we welcome guest speaker Dr. Marty Mrazik!
This month at our Men’s Breakfast we’re talking about men’s mental health. We’re honoured to welcome Dr. Marty Mrazik, a Clinical Neuropsychology, who will share practical insights and encouragement for navigating the challenges we face. Mental health struggles don’t define us, but acknowledging them is a key step toward strength, resilience, and growth. Join us for good food, good company, and an honest conversation that could make a lasting difference.
The breakfasts are free. If you’d like to jump in with set-up or clean-up, we’d love your help; friendships are often forged in the kitchen!
Dates: November 15, December 13, January 17, February 21, March 28, May 2
