The Elder Team provides spiritual oversight and governance leadership for the church. It is a group of 3-10 women and men who are affirmed annually by the church membership. Each of the Elders freely contribute their time to serve the church in five specific ways: 1) Praying for the church; 2) Discerning God’s leading and setting direction for the church; 3) Overseeing the stewardship of church resources; 4) Advising the Lead Pastors; and 5) Developing and approving policies to guide and protect the church.
The Pastoral Ministry Team, with the guidance and oversight of the Lead Pastors, provide day to day leadership of the church. For more information about Our Staff, click HERE.
The Elder Team is available to pray specifically for healing or other personal or family concerns, and together with the Pastoral Ministry Team consider it a privilege to pray with individuals after every service and for any submitted prayer requests.
