Evening Ladies Refresh Group

Calling Ladies of all ages and stages!

Ladies Refresh is a sacred space for women to come together, grow in faith, and encourage one another in a spirit of authentic community. As we journey through a thought-provoking book study this Winter we will dive deeper into God’s Word, engage in meaningful discussions, and discover how His truth applies to our daily lives.

This is more than just a study—it’s a time to be refreshed in God’s presence, uplifted by the fellowship of other women, and strengthened in our walk with Christ. Whether you are seeking wisdom, connection, or simply a moment to pause and reflect, Ladies Refresh is a place where hearts are renewed, friendships are nurtured, and faith is deepened. Under the leadership of Trisha Lemke you will be blessed in this space of women doing life together.

This group will be held in the Flex Room at TCC.

(NOTE: Tuesday Evening Refresh will not provide childcare, but Wednesday morning will.)

This spring/summer, Ladies Refresh will be going through a book study following the video study titled “Unpacking Philippians” by Darlene Zschech on Rightnow Media.

“What does it mean to live a Christ-centred life? As women of faith, how do we keep on keeping on? Is it possible to be content and experience God’s peace in tough times? What does humble worship look like in a me-first world? Darlene Zschech and a handful of her close friends welcome you and a handful of yours to join them for this eight-part, women’s Bible study. Together, explore how Paul answers these and other questions in his letter to the Philippians.”

Join us for this 8 week session! No cost and no homework required. We'll watch the video, have group discussion, and then transition into a prayer time.
