Students are placed in classes or on the waiting list in the order that registrations are received. Placement is subject to a confirmation process, and each class has a maximum enrollment of 12 students.
Due to high demand, particularly for morning classes, your child may not be placed in your first-choice class. If your preferred class is full, we will consider your other class preferences. If none of your preferred classes have space available, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
Spaces may become available if an earlier registration is not confirmed within the required timeframe. You will receive an email from our Director within two weeks of submitting your registration letting you know whether your child has a space reserved or has been placed on the waiting list.
A non-refundable $75 registration fee is due by e-transfer within two weeks of receiving confirmation of enrollment. This fee is required to secure your child's place in the program.

Wait for confirmation from our Director regarding a space for your child. Please allow up to two weeks from the date of registration.
Secure your child's spot by submitting the $75 registration fee via e-transfer within two weeks of receiving confirmation.
If the registration fee is not received within two weeks, the space may be offered to the next child on the waiting list.
