Worship Service at 10:00am

TCC meets in the Gymnasium on the Taylor Campus (23rd Ave and Saddleback Road). You will find TCC on the east side of the campus as you enter off of Saddleback Road. There is plenty of parking in the lot beside the Gym. Taylor Campus is wheelchair accessible.

Children’s Ministry

A large, clean and spacious room awaits parents and children up to age 2. Look for the double doors to your right as you enter the gym. At a “Breakaway” moment in the Worship Service, children (up to grade 5) move to age appropriate teaching.

What to Expect

How should I dress?

TCC has a casual atmosphere. You should feel comfortable wearing jeans and a t-shirt, but you will also feel comfortable getting dressed up. It really doesn’t matter how you dress.

What is a typical Worship Service like?

Taking a cue from the Bible – “You have exalted above all things Your name and Your word” (Psalm 138:2) – the Worship Service has two primary elements: singing and teaching. Typically the Service starts and ends with singing, with a message in between. Of course there are other elements, Scripture reading, prayer, occasionally someone shares a life story, and communion about once a month.

What are the messages like?

Pastor Ken and Pastor Norb’s messages provide a lesson plan for living a purposeful life. The messages are rooted in the Scriptures and they teach us how to follow Jesus and inspire us to give our best to God.

What’s the music like?

The music is contemporary and meaningful. It’s also not unusual to sing an older hymn because of the message it communicates. The worship leaders are genuine, have a deep love for Jesus, and seek to create a pathway for people to worship God.

Will I have to participate in any way?

During the Worship Service you are encouraged to sing and sometimes to read Scripture along with the rest of the congregation. You will never be singled out alone. In general, at TCC you will never be pressured into any tasks. However, people who willingly commit to serving the church and community with their gifts and actively participate in events, on teams, or get involved in ministry responsibilities always feel a deeper sense of belonging. TCC encourages everyone to take part by sharing talents or abilities that they can offer, no matter how small. There is something for everyone!
